The NCN 10 Rompetition Starts Off Strong!
The second night of the NCN 10 Romp was full of fantastic music and lively spirits. Every performance was great and there was a lot of fun to be had.
Lady Lamb The Beekeeper took first place and earned herself a spot in the finals at The Middle East Upstairs on March 6th. Ship High in Transit won the online vote, but the other contenders put up a serious fight, and Ship High was not sorry to have lost to a friend. In fact no one seemed upset that Lady Lamb won, as she blew pretty much everyone out of the water.
Starlight Grey one the crowd vote and almost first. All through the night though, each act was excellent, and none were to be missed.
Tonight the press to win recording, dupe & distribution, and a spot on stage at the grand finale Regent Theater show on March 19th continues. Here's the lineup. If you missed out on getting advance tickets you can still buy them here.
